Although Behemoth Books are a UK registered company, as a truly global company we are doing business in any country around the world.

Behemoth Books team consists of a number of professional experts in the publishing and IT industry. We are all based in London, UK and are committed full-time to bringing you a comprehensive, easily accessible online ebook library, whilst providing to our authors a quick, easy and effective process to enable them to become successful, published authors!

In order to submit your work for publication on Behemoth Books, you first of all need to become a Registered User, once that is complete you will need to extend your membership by becoming a Registered Author, which will enable you to upload your work quickly and easily using Behemoth Books online publication process.

The pricing of each publication is at the Registered Author's discretion and is not influenced by Behemoth Books. We do however recommend for the authors to be reasonable when pricing their work and to bench mark their price against existing publications in the same domain.

Free publications are accepted by Behemoth Books, however, minimum upload fee applies to all publications including those listed as free to the reader. Behemoth Books also charge a min transaction fee of 0.50 GBP to the author every time their ebook is purchased.

As part of the Behemoth Books online self-publication process, Registered Authors are able to customise their front and back cover by uploading own images onto the pre-defined cover template of their choice.

The Registered Author is not able to edit their publication once it has been uploaded onto the online publication catalogue. You may however, choose to upload the latest version of your publication in a completely new catalogue listing as "new edition" of the existing publication.

The Registered Author is not able to overwrite their existing publication with another file. You may however upload new/additional versions of your publication in a completely new catalogue listing as "new" or "amended" edition(s).

As a Registered Author publishing your work on Behemoth Books website, you are the owner of the IP and copyrights to your work and your status as the author is always recognised on the website. For more information, please see Authors Agreement.

Registered Authors are able to promote their publication through various tools available only to Behemoth Books Registered Authors for example personalised web page, "author of the month", "book of the month" and other marketing campaigns. Behemoth Books do not provide editorial or editing services to Registered Authors or to any other parties

Behemoth Books reserves the right to delete publications from the online catalogue at Behemoth Books discretion without any refund. Behemoth Books will not edit the Registered Author's publications as these solely represent the Registered Author's IP and are covered under their copyright.

Behemoth Books only publish material online in the form of a digital ebook, listed in a comprehensive online library. Behemoth Books do not offer printing services to its Users.

Behemoth Books may choose to promote Registered Author's material from time to time, however, Behemoth Books are under no obligation to do so under any circumstances.

Behemoth Books are not responsible for Registered Author's relationship with other/existing publishing companies and will not be involved in any disputes arising from duplication of already published materials being listed on Behemoth's Books online catalogue. The dispute resolution lies with the Registered Author and the 3rd party publisher in question.

Behemoth Books only publish material in the form of a standard, un-editable PDF file containing text and images only. If your publication contains other forms of media, we are not able to accommodate your needs at this point in time. If however, your publication as a standard PDF file does not fall within our existing categories and sub-categories, please upload it under the "Other" category.

Behemoth Books will charge a standard, non-refundable upload fee of 1.00 GBP for each publication uploaded. Every time your publication is downloaded i.e. purchased Behemoth Books will charge a standard, universal commission rate of 17.65% for all publications, thus the Registered Author will receive 82.35% of the total cost of publication every time it is purchased.

Behemoth Books charges VAT of 17.% for purchase of publications to the customer and for upload fee to its authors.

As outlined in Authors Agreement, Behemoth Books will dispatch Registered Author's fees on the last working day at the end of each month. However, if the monthly fee sum is less than 20.00 GBP, Behemoth Books reserve the right to roll over the payment of the fee until the next month

Please note the Registered Author's fee is dispatched to the relevant account on the last working day of each month and it will take at least three working days for the money to reach the required account (for Registered Authors based in UK with UK accounts). If you are concerned and have been awaiting your fees for a significant amount of time, please email us at support@behemoth-books.com outlining the nature of your payment query in detail.

Behemoth Books do not refund the upload fee.

Every month Behemoth Books will carefully select a list of appropriate candidates for "Author of the Month" campaign. The candidates are selected based on the quality of reader reviews, the number of sales and general popularity within the Behemoth community. Behemoth Books reserves the right to delete publications from the online catalogue at Behemoth Books discretion without any refund. If you are not able to view your publication within the catalogue, it therefore has been deleted by Behemoth Books administrator, for more information please refer to Authors Agreement or alternatively Terms of Use

Behemoth Books accepts online payments through Google Checkout, PayPal or via Credit Card transaction. In order to make a purchase of the selected item please click on "Buy Now" button on the catalogue listing and follow the step by step process on the screen.

Once your online payment has been successfully accepted, you will receive an auto-generated email with a web link to the downloadable publication. Please note you will need to have Adobe PDF reader installed on your PC in order to successfully access and download the purchased publications. You can download Adobe PDF reader here. If the payment was successful and you did not receive the auto-generated email with the web link, please email us at support@behemoth-books.com.

As stated in the Terms of Use, Behemoth Books are not responsible for the content published by the Registered Authors. However, the Registered Authors are under obligation to ensure that their work is of a high standard and good quality as stated in the Authors Agreement.

If you wish to leave a particular author feedback you can do so by navigating to the author's specific URL and posting a comment on their page.

In order to leave feedback for a particular publication you must have read the publication beforehand and be familiar with its contents. Once you have purchased the publication, shortly afterwards Behemoth Books will send you an email prompting you to leave feedback, which will be automatically entered into that publication's catalogue listing and will be visible to all visitors/viewers. Alternatively, you can also leave feedback by navigating to the publication's specific catalogue listing and clicking on "Add comment" . Please note Behemoth Books administration monitors the comments left on regular basis and reserves the right to delete them at our own discretion.
